According to the “Administrative Measures for the Identification of High-tech Enterprises” (Guo Ke Fa Huo [2016] No. 32), “Guidelines for the Management of High-Tech Enterprises Certification” (Guo Ke Fa Huo [2016] No. 195), ” After review, the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of the Management of the Identification of High-tech Enterprises in Shanghai (Shanghai Kehe [2021] No. 21) have been reviewed and the list of the third batch of 5,802 high-tech enterprises to be identified in Shanghai in 2022 (see attachment ) to be publicized.

Units and individuals who have objections to one of the enterprises shall submit a written proposal to the Shanghai High-tech Enterprise Certification Office within 10 working days from the date of publication. When raising an objection, it shall clearly express the specific problems of the objecting enterprise that does not meet the requirements for high-tech enterprise identification, and provide relevant evidence materials. For any objection materials received, we will handle them strictly in accordance with relevant regulations.
